Mr. Rhee brings more than 20 years of experience in cross-border strategic investments and partnership. Mr. Rhee is an expert in valuation, financial modeling, and business planning for various industries in the U.S. and Asia.
Mr. Rhee has professional experiences as an investment banker and management consultant focusing his expertise in helping companies in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. With Clemensen Capital Company in Los Angeles, Mr. Rhee assisted companies in Asia to enter the U.S. market by establishing structured funds that invest in cross-border digital content production projects. With Deloitte Consulting’s Global Communications Practice in their Hong Kong, Seoul and New York offices, Mr. Rhee advised numerous companies in various industries in strategy formulation, business planning, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was with such global organizations as Sumitomo Corporation in Tokyo and Samsung Corporation in Seoul.
Mr. Rhee is a frequent speaker at global conferences world-wide and a key organizer for investment expos in Los Angeles and Seoul. Mr. Rhee has a BA from Seoul National University, JMP from Japan America Institute of Management Science, and an MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
