Since 2002, Eric started his career at Pacific Allied Asset Management, LLC (“PAAM”) managing operational duties and spearheading initiatives for PAAM portfolio of commercial properties.
Eric is well versed with all key aspects of managing and enhancing the overall value of building with cost effective solutions with focus in financing, management and redevelopment. With over 15 years of property management experience in multi-family, office, hospitality and retail,
Eric has helped streamline PAAM’s property management arm. He is currently awaiting his ©IREM, CPM designation and received his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of California Irvine in 2002.
