Initially started in 1991 as Pacific Allied Investment Company, Pacific Allied Asset Management, LLC (PAAM) is a commercial real estate portfolio investment and management company. Southern California and the Houston metropolitan area are our main focal points but we are continually looking to expand into other regions and markets as is exemplified by our diversified portfolio. Currently, our portfolio includes multi-family residential, shopping centers, office buildings, and hospitality properties.
