The Park Plaza on Maine (PPM) is a shopping center located in northern sector of Los Angeles County (“San Gabriel Valley”) in the city of Baldwin Park. Ideally situated at the “Central Business District”, directly across from Baldwin Park Civic Center, police station, and the Metrolink station, PPM is centered in one of the highest trafficked areas in the City.
One of the largest shopping centers in the City of Baldwin Park, PPM is situated on approximately 9 acres of land, containing 163,869 square feet of gross building area.
