The Lomita Village Shopping Plaza (the Plaza) is a shopping center located in the heart of the South Bay Region. The Plaza has been an invaluable asset to the community, providing both retail goods and services. There is also a good mix of franchise/corporate tenants as well as local shops that range from restaurants, specialty goods to service providers.
The Plaza is a trophy building in the area and tactically located at the intersection of the world famous Pacific Coast Highway and Eshelmen Avenue, taking advantage of the heavily trafficked trading area.
Developed in 1990, the Plaza consists of three one-story buildings, totaling approximately 30,272 square feet of gross building area. With excellent frontage on the Pacific Coast Highway, where the average daily traffic is over 47,000 cars, the Plaza provides great visibility and heavy traffic.
